Merlyn Medical was established in 1998 with the goal to design, develop and distribute unique and valuable airway management and other medical products. Initial focus was placed on endotracheal tubes and laryngeal masks. The first development project was to design a safer and easier-to-use standard endotracheal tube, later called EndoFlex®.
