The Pinn-ACL® CrossPin System instruments and implants. This system is designed for transverse femoral fixation of soft tissue grafts in ACL reconstruction, allowing for increased pull out strength. The ConMed Linvatec Pinn-ACL CrossPin System consists of a bioabsorbable Graft Harness implant and a Self-Reinforced™ CrossPin implant. The Graft Harness is composed of Poly L-Lactic Acid with a high strength polyethylene fiber loop, while the CrossPin is composed of Self-Reinforced PLLA.
