Two new rule changes in Canada approved by College of Physicians and Surgeons of Ontario (CPSO) will stop a General Practitioner from advertising as a cosmetic surgeon so that people may be able to undergo cosmetic surgery with a trained professional. The practice of family doctors performing liposuctions and breast enlargements without proper training has been increasing in Canada.
